1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing products, or purchasing goods on the NEXORA multi-vendor platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Multi-Vendor Marketplace Role
NEXORA acts as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between independent third-party verified sellers and customers. While NEXORA enforces strict buyer protection, each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their inventory, descriptions, and fulfilling warranties.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Transactions are processed via 256-bit encrypted gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Mobile Banking). Client-side price tampering or fraud results in immediate order termination and account suspension.
4. Buyer Protection & Returns
Eligible products are covered under the NEXORA 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Returned items must be in original condition with intact packaging.
